How Do We Get Started?

It all starts with an initial fitness assessment. This process allows me to establish rapport, identify your current fitness level, and create a baseline from which will build a safe and effective workout plan.

We’ll talk about fitness goals, and obstacles that might be standing in your way, and a game plan for how to address those obstacles as they occur.

Next, we start working out! Every session will include exercise techniques in line with your assessment and will include stretching, warm-up, workout, and cool down.

  • 1 – Complimentary 6 Week CUSTOMIZED Maintenance Meal Plan for the 1st month
  • Automatic Enrollment in online Training for off-day workouts
