Dear EbbyWhey Champions,

While we all endure the storm of COVID-19 in support of each other and in accordance with each of our own local and state guidelines, EbbyWhey (EW) remains open for business with limited services being made available to current and future clients.

Providing a clean and safe environment for my trainers, clients and self is my number one priority without any exceptions taken. As a result, over the past several months, I have worked vigorously to introduce and integrate a high quality, user friendly virtual platform to support and motivate ambitious Champions like you to continue on with your health and wellness goals.

I appreciate all your support and understanding as we all shift and modify our daily routines and pilot this new pathway together.

Safety First

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

CLEANING, SANITIZING, & DISINFECTING

Only Environmental Protection Agency approved cleaning solutions and materials are used to clean and disinfect the gym or personal training equipment brought into your home.

VENTILATION

If receiving personal training in your home, all accessible windows and doors opening to fresh outdoors will remain open throughout training during appropriate climates.

INFECTION CONTROL

All EW staff and clients will immediately sanitize and wash their hands upon entry and prior to departure from the gym or clients private home. All EW staff and clients will wear a recommended CDC face-covering at all times. There is no exception to this protocol.

WELLNESS CHECKS

All EW staff and clients are required to complete a mandatory Health Declaration to confirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor have they come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms before entry. All clients are required to notify EW Administration immediately if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of coming in contact with any EW Staff.

FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING

Face-to-face personal training services are currently limited at this time. Any and all face- to-face training will be conducted by appointment only.
